      Standard fees: .

    • Residential Home - Minimum charge - $375 for a one-story; $400 for a two-story home up to 2500 s/f
      • If more than 2500 s/f, fees are based on s/f, age, and number of stories ranging from $.15 to $.17 cents psf. 
    • New build construction (phase inspections) - Call for quote
    • Home more than 25 years old -  Additional $50-$75 (requires more time to complete inspection and report due due to possible renovations, additions,
           wear and tear, outdated systems, mixing and matching of systems, etc.)
    • Small Commercial - Call 832-722-5064 for quote
    • Draw Inspections (for new construction) - $175 minimum.  Call 832-722-5064 for quote.

      New to the area or stressed for time?   Roberts Hi-Tech Home Inspections will arrange termite, septic, water well and pool inspections for buyer

      with one of their trusted professionals to be completed same day as home inspection.  Their reports and payment are separate from home inspection.


      Phases  - Includes multiple visits to the construction site (minimum 5 visits).

Phase 1 - Pre-pour Foundation

Phase 2 - Pre-Drywall (framing)

Ph 2/Part 2

Insulation Inspection before drywall is installed                                   Phase 3 - Final / Pre-Close Inspection

Fees are due at time of inspection and can be paid by cash or check or credit card.

Most inspections require approximately 4-6 hours to complete and will be scheduled at your convenience.  We ask that you allow one day's notice.  We will provide a detailed, narrative report with plenty of pictures same day as inspection.  Because our fee is independent of any property transaction, you can be assured that we are working exclusively and objectively for YOU, the buyer.
